Lab Account Setup

Prior to setting up your account, you will need a business address, Business phone number, business fax and email. It is not recommended to use your personal information as it will be printed on your CCF

6 Easy Steps:

  1. After the lab fee is paid, you will receive a link to watch an introduction video. You will recieve a code at the end of the video.

  2. Email us the code that was provided at the end of the video. info@lifelinehealthinstitute.com. (your order will not be processed until the code is received.

  3. Within 72 hours you will receive your pricing sheet and a link to register for the national drug testing directory.

  4. You will receive a link to setup your billing profile with the lab. You must keep a form of payment on file. This is how you are charged for each drug test your perform.

  5. Once your card is on file, you will receive your supplies within 10 business days.

  6. You will have access to free monthly drug testing coaching calls.
