Does your DOT training meet federal qualification requirements?

Yes. Lifeline Health Institute's DOT training is designed to meet the applicable training and qualification requirements under 49 CFR Part 40.

Our program provides instruction in federally regulated drug and alcohol testing procedures, including the knowledge and practical skills needed to perform DOT collections. Students must successfully complete the applicable proficiency demonstrations and other qualification requirements.

Do I need medical or drug testing experience to attend the Masterclass?

No. Prior medical or drug testing experience is not required.

Our Masterclass is designed for beginners, aspiring entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and individuals interested in starting or expanding a drug testing and mobile lab business.

We provide step-by-step instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training.

What certifications are included in the Masterclass?

Our 10-Certification Masterclass includes:

Are mock collections included in the training?

Yes. All required mock collections and proficiency demonstrations included in your training program are covered by your tuition.

Students receive hands-on instruction and practical training opportunities to demonstrate their collection skills.

There are no additional Lifeline Health Institute fees for the mock collections included in the program.

How long is the Masterclass, and what is included?

Our in-person Masterclass is a one-day intensive training program held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The program includes classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, practical training, business education, training materials, and industry resources.

Continental breakfast and lunch are also provided for in-person attendees.

What is the cost of the Masterclass?

We offer three enrollment options:

Option 1: Masterclass Only — $997

Includes our 10-certification training program, hands-on instruction, mock collections, training materials, and business education.

Option 2: Masterclass + Lab Account Setup — $1,397

Includes everything in the Masterclass, plus assistance establishing an account with one participating major laboratory, such as Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL).

Option 3: Masterclass + Train-the-Trainer + Lab Account Setup — $2,597

Includes the complete Masterclass, Train-the-Trainer Program, and Lab Account Setup assistance.

All packages must be paid in full at registration. Afterpay is available at checkout for eligible customers who prefer payment arrangements.

Important: Train-the-Trainer and Lab Account Setup are only available at the time of initial enrollment and cannot be added later.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer Afterpay at checkout for eligible students who prefer to divide their purchase into payments.

What is the Train-the-Trainer Program?

Our Train-the-Trainer Program is an advanced training opportunity exclusively available to Masterclass students who want to go beyond performing collections and learn how to train others.

The program prepares you to train employees and offer drug testing and specimen collection training through your own business.

What Train-the-Trainer programs are included?

Train-the-Trainer instruction covers:

Can I offer my own drug testing classes after completing Train-the-Trainer?

Yes. Our Train-the-Trainer Program is designed to prepare students to train employees or offer drug testing and specimen collection classes through their own businesses.

You will learn how to transition from performing collections to instructing others while following applicable training and qualification requirements.

When will I take my Train-the-Trainer class?

Your Train-the-Trainer class is scheduled after you complete your live, in-person Masterclass.

Train-the-Trainer instruction is conducted live via Zoom, allowing you to complete your instructor training without returning to one of our training cities.

Can I add Train-the-Trainer after completing the Masterclass?

No. Train-the-Trainer is exclusively available as an add-on at the time of your initial Masterclass enrollment.

It cannot be purchased separately or added after registration, even if you have not yet attended your scheduled Masterclass.

If becoming an instructor is part of your future business plans, you must select the Masterclass + Train-the-Trainer package when registering.

What is Lab Account Setup Assistance?

Lab Account Setup Assistance helps students establish a laboratory account for their drug testing business.

We assist with the account setup process for one participating major laboratory, such as Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, or Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL).

Account approval and activation are subject to the laboratory's requirements.

Can I purchase Lab Account Setup after registering?

No. Lab Account Setup is available exclusively as an add-on during initial Masterclass enrollment.

Students interested in this service must select either the Masterclass + Lab Account Setup package or the Masterclass + Train-the-Trainer + Lab Account Setup package when registering.

This service cannot be added or purchased separately after enrollment.

Are payments refundable or transferable?

We offer a 72-hour cancellation and refund period beginning at the time of registration.

Students who submit a cancellation request within 72 hours of registering are eligible for a full refund.

After the initial 72-hour period, all enrollment and program payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy is in place because our administrative and student onboarding processes begin shortly after enrollment. Students are entered into our training systems, enrollment records are established, and preparations begin for training materials, supplies, certifications, and program resources.

Students who cancel and receive a refund during the 72-hour cancellation period will not be eligible for readmission into future Lifeline Health Institute classes.

Please carefully review your training date, enrollment package, and program policies before registering.

Can I transfer my registration to another class date or another person?

No. Registrations are non-transferable after the 72-hour cancellation period.

Each registration is associated with an individual student and a specific training date. Please confirm your availability before completing enrollment.

Why should I consider Train-the-Trainer now?

If your long-term goals include training employees, building a team, or offering your own drug testing classes, Train-the-Trainer provides an opportunity to expand beyond performing collections yourself.

Instead of building a business solely around the services you personally perform, you can develop the skills to teach those services to others.

Because Train-the-Trainer is only available during initial enrollment, we encourage students to consider their long-term business goals before selecting their package.

How do I register for the Masterclass?

Registration is completed online through our website.

Select your preferred training location and date, review the three enrollment packages, and complete checkout.

Full payment is required to secure your seat. If you prefer payment arrangements, Afterpay is available at checkout for eligible purchases.

Once your registration is successfully processed, you will receive enrollment confirmation and additional information regarding your scheduled training.
